COMPENSATION AND HOURS OF WORK. (a) The Company agrees to consultation fee rate of three hundred fifty U.S. dollars per hour, (u.s. $350.00/hour), billable in 15 minute increments for Services provided, billed on the first (1st) day of the month and payable net 10 days for Services provided within this Agreement.
