If the contract is rolled over in subsequent years the salary schedule shall have each cell increased by the annualized average (January-December of the preceding year) of the National Consumer Price Index – Urban (CPI-U). A teacher exchange with another school district may not be extended beyond one (1) year. A teacher exchange with another educational agency may be approved for up to one (1) year and may be extended annually. The teacher who has been on a Teacher Exchange Program leave will receive the full yearly increment.
SALARY AGREEMENT. 47.1 This clause 47 and all of its subclauses apply to all administration, professional and management employees, supervisory and manufacturing stream employees at level 3 or above. These provisions do not apply to manufacturing and technical employees at level 4 and below.
SALARY AGREEMENT. 4. During a snow day closure drivers will receive a maximum compensation of the actual hours they were scheduled to work that day.
