Bidding Assistance. ODOT (and LPAs) must retain key decision-making functions, in the context of evaluating and awarding contracts to consultants or construction contractors and making decisions on protests filed by proposers/bidders. Precluded Activities: Consultant’s role is to advise and provide information as requested by ODOT or LPAs and shall not involve being a voting member of an evaluation & selection team. Bidding Assistance. Ascension Health may obtain offers for performance of services similar to the Services following termination/expiration of the MSA. As requested by Ascension Health, Accretive shall provide to Ascension Health such information and other cooperation regarding Ascension Health’s operations as would be reasonably necessary for a third party to prepare an informed, non-qualified offer for such Services, and for a third party not to be disadvantaged compared to Accretive if said third party supplier were to be invited by Ascension Health to submit a proposal. The types of information and level of cooperation to be provided by Accretive pursuant to this Item shall be no less than those initially provided by Ascension Health to Accretive prior to commencement of the MSA.

We will distribute these documents and an electronic Invitation to Bid, manage a web-based bidding platform for the project, and publish the bid advertisement in the City’s paper of record, the DJC. We will answer bidder questions and issue addenda and clarifications as needed.
