Bid Process definition

Bid Process means the process of selection of the Successful Bidder through competitive bidding and includes submission of Bids, scrutiny and evaluation of such Bids as set forth in the RFP.

Bid Process means the competitive bidding process initiated by the Company, by issuance of RFP Documents for selecting a Successful Bidder to build, own, operate and transfer the Project in accordance with and on the terms and conditions mentioned in the RFP Project Documents;

Bid Process means the bidding and selection process as detailed in this RFP.

• If NEA is of the view that such occurrence is likely to affect the Bidder's ability to comply with the Qualification Requirements adversely, then NEA may disqualify the Bidder from participation in the Bid Process; or, if the Bidder has been declared as the Selected Bidder, withdraw the LOI or treat such occurrence as a SPV/Developer event of default in accordance with the PPA, without NEA incurring any liability towards the Selected Bidder or the SPV for such withdrawal or possible termination.

More Definitions of Bid Process

Bid Process means the procurement process described in the Bid Documents which commences with the issuance of these Instructions to Proponents and ends on the earliest of the following:
