Design Phase Services. § 3.2.1 The Architect shall review the program and other information furnished by the Owner, and shall review laws, codes, and regulations applicable to the Architect’s services.
Design Phase Services. During the Design Phase, Design-Builder shall provide Services, as set forth in this Agreement, including this Article 5, and as Owner Parties may reasonably request.
Design Phase Services. The Consultant shall complete the design phase services as described herein for a lump sum fee of $95,313, which is 4.85% of the estimated construction cost ($1,965,220) as indicated on the design and construction engineering fee curve provided in Exhibit B of the Agreement for Professional Engineering Services for Public Projects.
Design Phase Services. 1. Attend a pre-design scoping conference with GOSR and beneficiaries to discuss design criteria and limitations as well as budgets, schedules and deliverables and whether there may be a need for property acquisitions.
Design Phase Services. This phase shall include activities required to accomplish a project design in accordance with the established Aeronautics letting schedule project design timeline and approved letting date determined at the pre-design meeting. Requests for time extensions beyond the previously agreed-to submittal deadline dates (as established in the Department’s Letting Schedule, ATTACHMENT Q, and this Agreement) must be made to the Department in writing not less than 5 days prior to the due date of the submittal. The request for extension must be signed by a principal/officer of the Consultant’s firm. Incomplete submittals will not be accepted. Milestone submittals include the engineering report (at 35% design timeline), plan / spec review (at 80% design timeline) and final submittal of all deliverables (at 100% design timeline). A detailed scope of services shall be attached with anticipated labor effort and costs delineated in ATTACHMENTS B / B1. Elements of this phase may include:
Design Phase Services. Construction Manager shall review and comment upon the Construction Documents being developed by the Design Professional. The scope of that review shall include, but not be limited to, reviewing those various documents for value engineering and constructability. As the Construction Documents are developed by the Design Professional through the various design phases set forth in the Design Professional Services Agreement between the Design Professional and the Owner (" Design Agreement" ), Construction Manager shall provide Owner with a detailed construction cost estimate with respect to those documents. Construction Manager agrees to attend any and all design and preconstruction conferences and to otherwise assist and cooperate with the Design Professional with respect to the design of the Project. Construction Manager shall provide all other services during the Design Phase of the Project as set forth in the Supplemental Terms and Conditions attached hereto as Exhibit B and other Contract Documents.
Design Phase Services. 2.12.1 The Consultant agrees that the milestone dates shown on this Schedule for performance of the Services, including submittal and 100% completion of design dates, are reasonable, and the Consultant will complete all Services accordingly.
Design Phase Services. In addition to the Design Phase Services set forth below, the Design- Builder shall provide those design services specified in Exhibit 1 - Design Builder Design Services, attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
Design Phase Services. A.2.1 All documents including drawings and specifications, any changes, revisions or amplifications thereof, as well as all construction cost estimates, shall be subject to the written approval of the Owner before the documents are accepted. The approval of drawings by the Owner is not to be construed as authority to violate, cancel or set aside any provisions of applicable codes.
