Construction Cost Estimate definition

Construction Cost Estimate means an anticipated amount for which a Contractor will execute the construction of the Project;

Construction Cost Estimate means Design Professional’s dated estimate, prepared and updated by Design Professional’s construction cost estimating consultant(s), which shall include the Major Categories of Work of the entire Project’s cost of construction and contingency with respect to each phase of development, delivered to the Owner.

Construction Cost Estimate means the estimate of construction costs associated with the project design services provided under this Agreement including those estimates provided by Architect, Construction Manager, or other third party.

• Throughout Project development, the Construction Cost Estimate prepared by the Consultantshall not exceed the Construction Cost Limit.

• At appropriate intervals prior to agreement on the GMP change order, the Design Professional shall review the Construction Cost Estimate provided by the CM/GC and with the CM/GC develop the Reconciled Construction Cost Estimate, consisting of a composite of the Design Professional's Estimate of Probable Construction Cost and the CM/GC's Construction Cost Estimate, each separately derived and each based upon the Program and design documents prepared by the Design Professional.

Construction Cost Estimate or "CCE" means the estimated cost to construct the Project which amount does not include the cost of permits, acquisition of land, pre-construction site development and remediation, furnishings, contingencies, professional fees for design consultants and other consultants, financing costs, and all other similar types of indirect Project costs.

Construction Cost Estimate or “CCE” means the estimated cost of construction at time of bid for the School Facilities Project, which amount does not include the costs of permits, acquisition of land, furnishings, contingencies, professional fees, financing costs, and any other similar types of costs. Construction Cost Estimate means the estimates which shall be prepared from time to time as work on the Project proceeds.

Construction Cost Estimate. As used herein is a forecast or estimate of the Construction Cost prepared for all items of work as prepared by a professional estimator. The Construction Cost will be the total cost or estimated cost to the LVMPD of all elements of the Project designed by the Company (and its subconsultants). The Construction Cost will include the cost at current market rates of labor and materials furnished and equipment designed, specified, selected or specially provided for by the Company, plus a reasonable allowance for the Contractor’s overhead and profit, but will exclude change order or other cost increases encountered after award of the construction contract. The Construction Cost does not include the compensation of the Company and subconsultant(s), the costs of the land, rights-of-way, financing, permits, or other costs that are the responsibility of the LVMPD. The Construction Cost for the Project is established as the estimated Construction Cost stated in Exhibit A-1 (Project Background and Key Personnel), or as otherwise agreed upon in writing and signed by the parties hereto.
