Attendance at Association Meetings. A remote site representative of the Association shall be granted release time from instructional duties in order to attend scheduled monthly Association meetings as long as adequate arrangements are made with the appropriate supervisor.
Attendance at Association Meetings. At least one (1) hour of paid time shall be set aside for Association meetings on Convocation Day. Association meetings shall be scheduled so as not to conflict with the normal hours of the school day. In the event of illness or Board-approved absence, the Superintendent's designee shall attend such meetings.

  • Conference Attendance Effective October 1, 1996, unit employees shall be entitled to up to four (4) days administrative leave of absence within any two consecutive fiscal years subject to the following conditions:

The Academy Trust shall hold an Annual General Meeting each year in addition to any other meetings in that year, and shall specify the meeting as such in the notices calling it; and not more than fifteen months shall elapse between the date of one Annual General Meeting of the Academy Trust and that of the next. Provided that so long as the Academy Trust holds its first Annual General Meeting within eighteen months of its incorporation, it need not hold it in the year of its incorporation or in the following year. The Annual General Meeting shall be held at such time and place as the Governors shall appoint. All meetings other than Annual General Meetings shall be called General Meetings.
