State Delegate definition

State Delegate means the persons elected or appointed from time to time by a Member State to act for and on behalf of that Member State and represent the Member State at General Meetings.
State Delegate means the Individual Member appointed by the Board to represent the League at general meetings of the ABF in accordance with this Constitution and the ABF Constitution;
State Delegate means a member of the Council who is not an Executive
