ATMs. You may access your Accounts from BECU’s ATMs and from ATMs and facilities that display the logos shown on your card and from other machines or facilities as we may designate that are part of BECU’s network. You may perform the following transactions at such ATM’s and machines or facilities, depending on the services available at your particular location*:

ATMs. You may use your card and Personal Identification Number (“PIN”) in automated teller machines within the VISA networks, Star, CO-OP, and other machines as the Credit Union may designate. At the present time, you may use your card to: • Withdraw cash from your regular share and checking accounts • Make deposits to your regular share or checking accounts • Inquire about account balances • Make purchases of goods and services at POS terminals of participating merchantsOther transactions as offered and permitted in the future
ATMs. You may use your Card and Personal Identi- fication Number (“PIN”) in automated teller machines as designated by the Credit Union. At the present time, you may use your Card to withdraw cash from your accounts and make balance inquiries on these accounts.
ATMs. With your PIN, the Card may be used to obtain cash at any Automated Teller Machine (“ATM”) in the U.S. displaying the Visa or [Maestro acceptance marks, subject to your applicable daily cash withdrawal limit set forth in Exhibit 2 (Transaction Limits). The Card cannot be used at ATMs outside the U.S. without prior notice and approval. Fees may apply (see Exhibit 1 for details). ATM owner-operators may impose their own fees and lower limits on cash withdrawals. You may be charged a fee by the ATM operator even if you do not complete a withdrawal. This ATM fee is a third party fee amount assessed by the individual ATM operator only and is not assessed or controlled by us. This ATM fee amount will be charged to your Account. All ATM transactions are treated as cash withdrawal transactions and subject to your daily cash withdrawal limit. You may use your PIN and Card at any Point of Sale (“POS”) device, as permitted by a merchant that bears the Visa or Maestro acceptance marks, and subject to your daily purchase limit.
ATMs. You may use your Jordan Credit Union Debit Card and Personal Identification Number (PIN) in automated teller machines of the Credit Union, and such other machines we may designate. At the present time, you may use your Card to make the following transactions on your accounts: • Withdraw cash from your accounts. • Obtain balance information on your accounts. • Deposit funds to your accounts. • Initiate cash advances from your line of credit account with VISA credit card.
ATMs. You may use your Card at the following ATMs: • All ATMs in our branch offices or with the name “Eastern Bank” on them (“Bank” ATMs) • Other ATMs that participate in the same networks as Eastern Bank (“Non-Bank” ATMs) The types of transactions you can perform at an ATM will depend on the ATM that you are using. You can perform all of the following types of transactions at most Bank ATMs, but some of these transactions may not be available at Non-Bank ATMs. • Cash Withdrawals • Transfers Among Designated AccountsBalance Inquiries Balances available through the ATM are updated once each business day; as a result, they may not show some of the most recent transactions on your account. • Deposit and Cashback You may use your Bank Card to deposit funds into a Designated Account and, once each day, immediately withdraw up to $100 of those funds as long as the balance of available funds in the account before the deposit was not less than zero and we have not restricted access to the account for any reason. • Payments You can use your Card to make a payment on a loan or line of credit from us at any full service Bank ATM that requires the use of envelope deposits. You must include a payment coupon with your payment. There may be a delay of up to 3 business days in crediting loan payments made at an ATM. Such payments will not be accepted at envelope-free ATMs. Point-of-Sale Transactions There are two types of point-of-sale (“POS”) transactions: • PIN Transactions PIN transactions are transactions made at a merchant with your Debit Card when you enter your personal identification number (“PIN”). PIN purchases can be made at merchants displaying the NYCE® logo. • Non-PIN Transactions Non-PIN transactions are transactions made at a merchant with your Debit Card in which you do not enter your PIN (“Non-PIN”). When in person, you may be required to sign a receipt to conduct a Non- PIN transaction. Non-PIN purchases can be made at merchants displaying the MasterCard® logo. Typically, a POS transaction for which you enter a PIN will be processed on a PIN-based network and a POS transaction for which you sign a receipt will be processed on a signature-based network. However, in some cases merchants may use PIN-based networks for signature transactions and signature-based networks for PIN transactions. ATMs. The availability of ATM services and the Cash Advance amount you can withdraw each day may vary from time to time and without prior notice to you. We are not liable if ATM services are not available or for any loss or damage you may suffer because of your use of an ATM. PAYMENTS Providing You With Account Statements We will send you a monthly account statement if there have been transactions during the last month or if you owe us any money on the account. The number of days covered by each account statement may vary (normally between 28 and 33 days) as a result of several factors, including holidays, weekends and the different number of business days in each month. We will send account statements only to the primary cardholder at the most current statement mailing address that we have on file. The statement shall be conclusively deemed correct and accepted by you unless CEFCU receives a proper written notification of a billing error within 60 days of the first mailing or delivery to you of the monthly statement on which the disputed item(s) or amount(s) is/are reflected. Repaying Your Obligations When you access your account in a manner that we permit, or when you authorize others to use it, you will incur an obligation. You agree to pay all obligations reflecting Purchases, Balance Transfers and Cash Advances charged to your account because of authorized use of the Card by you and/or any person authorized by you to use the same upon presentment of such obligations to CEFCU. The primary cardholder agrees that, whether or not the other cardholder(s) is/are a member of CEFCU and whether or not the other cardholder(s)’ Card(s) has/have a separate number and/or is/are embossed with the other cardholder(s)’ name, he or she is primarily liable for paying all obligations reflecting Purchases, Balance Transfers and Cash Advances charged to the account. We will add a Finance Charge, fees and other applicable charges to your obligations and these amounts will form part of your obligations. You agree to pay CEFCU for all such obligations, at such place as CEFCU designates, with applicable interest charges and any Fees that may be due, in accordance with xxxxxxxx and the current Extended Payment Schedule. Interest charges shall continue to accrue until the principal balance is paid in full. You may prepay your New Balance in full without penalty.
ATMs. The Institution acknowledges that the Title IV Regulations require that higher education institutions, or third party servicers acting on their behalf, that offer a bank account or debit card product to their students ensure that such students have convenient access to funds in the financial account through a surcharge-free national or regional ATM network that has ATMs sufficient in number and housed and serviced such that funds provided pursuant to a Title IV of the Higher Education Act program (“Title IV HEA Program”) are reasonably available. BankMobile will assist the Institution in complying with this requirement by providing access to a surcharge-free regional or national ATM Network for Institution’s Users or by another manner permissible pursuant to the Title IV Regulations.

At the present time, you may use your card to:  Make deposits to your share savings account or your checking (share draft) account after the account has been open for at least 30 days.  Withdraw cash from your savings and checking accounts.  Transfer funds between your share savings account and your checking account.  Obtain balance information from your share savings account and your checking account.
