Electronic Funds Transfers. By signing the Account Card, completing and transmitting an online account card or service request, or signing or using the Visa Debit Card, or Home Banking service you agree to the following terms governing your and our rights and responsibilities concerning the electronic funds transfer services, as applicable. Terms and conditions set forth elsewhere in this Agreement shall also apply to your electronic funds transfer service. Electronic funds transfers ("EFTs") are electronically initiated transfers of money through direct deposits, automated teller machines ("ATMs"), point of sale transactions, debit card purchases, audio response transactions and online transactions involving your deposit accounts at the Credit Union.

Electronic Funds Transfers. The only items processed through The Program are deposits from the brokerage account to The Program Banks, transfers among The Program Banks, and transfers back to the brokerage account from The Program Banks. The Program does not allow electronic funds transfers, ATM access, check-writing, deposit, point-of-sale terminal access, pre-authorized payments to third parties, access by credit or debit card or ACH transfers directly from The Program Bank Deposit Accounts.
Electronic Funds Transfers. By signing the Account Card or signing or using the Debit Card (“Card”), you agree to the following terms governing your and our rights and responsibilities concerning the electronic funds transfer services, as applicable. Electronic Funds Transfers. This section applies if you have set up electronic funds transfers in connection with your Account. The financial institution (“Processing Institution”) that holds the account to be credited/debited (“Processing Institution Account”) that CAM is authorized to deposit or draw upon has been specified by you in your Application (on the EFT Authorization form), and a specimen cheque marked "VOID" or other valid banking information confirmation has been provided. You acknowledge that your authorization is provided for the benefit of CAM and the Processing Institution and is provided in consideration of the Processing Institution agreeing to process credits or debits for or against, respectively, your Processing Institution Account in accordance with the rules of Payments Canada. This authorization is continuing and we may rely on this authorization for all financial transactions relating to your Account and/or your Processing Institution Account(s), until you notify us of any changes in accordance with this section. You warrant and guarantee that all persons whose signatures are required to sign on your Processing Institution Account(s) have provided their signature(s). You hereby authorize CAM to deposit or draw on the Processing Institution Account, to (a) deposit credit balances from your Account upon your instructions, and (b) debit your Processing Institution Account in accordance with your instructions. You may change or revoke this authorization at any time upon providing 10 business days written notice to XXX. Sample cancellation forms or further information on your rights to cancel any pre-authorized debits can be obtained from your Processing Institution or by visiting the Payments Canada website. You acknowledge that we have the right to terminate your authorization, if through no fault of XXX, we are unable to debit the Processing Institution Account(s) in the full amount that you have specified. You acknowledge that provisions and delivery of this authorization to CAM constitutes delivery by you to the Processing Institution. You acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring that there are sufficient funds available in your Account and/or your Processing Institution Account to cover any transfers. You are responsible for all service fees that may arise in connection with your Processing Institution Account. By signing the Account Card, signing or using a debit card, or using an electronic funds transfer service, each of you, jointly and severally, agree to the terms and conditions in this Agreement, and any amend- ments. Electronic funds transfers (“EFTs”) are elec- tronically initiated transfers of money through direct deposits, electronic check transactions, ATM and debit card transactions at automated teller machines (“ATMs”), automated telephone access (“PriveLine”), Online Banking, Mobile Banking transactions, and debit card purchases involving your deposit accounts at the Credit Union.

Electronic Funds Transfers. This Section of this Agreement contains important information about some of our electronic banking services. This Section applies to all accounts except where it is stated otherwise. The terms of this Section include the instructions and other material provided by the System (as defined below) for the EFT Services you access. Part 1 of this Section contains terms and disclosures that apply to all EFT Services not otherwise defined in this Agreement. Parts 2 through 4 of this Section contain additional information that applies to specific types of EFT Services not otherwise defined in this Agreement. Part 5 of this Section applies to Business Accounts.
Electronic Funds Transfers. We provide a number of electronic funds transfer services for your Account. You may be required to sign a separate agreement or be given additional disclosures when you enroll in one of these services. The provisions in this section apply to electronic funds transfers to or from your consumer Account that are governed by Part A of Regulation E, which implements the Electronic Fund Transfer Act. They do not apply to wire transfers or transactions initiated using a card issued by someone other than the Bank. If you have questions regarding transactions initiated using a card issued by a third-party, you must contact them for assistance.
