Visa Credit Card definition

Visa Credit Card means a credit card issued by us to you or an additional cardholder that bears the Visa symbol.
Visa Credit Card means an unexpired Visa® Credit Card displaying the distinctive blue, white and gold colour bands or displaying the distinctive “Winged Visa” dual colour design (the “Visa Brand Mark”), or if the Merchant is a merchant with Electronic Capacity, bearing the Visa Brand Mark with the Electron Identifier;
Visa Credit Card means a Visa credit card (including a Visa payWave-enabled card) issued by us linked to your credit card account which can be used to purchase goods or services wherever Visa is accepted.

  • Card means the Visa Credit Card and any duplicates and renewals we issue.

  • When you use your Visa Debit Card, Platinum Visa Credit Card, or ATM card for international transactions, a fee will be assessed.


More Definitions of Visa Credit Card

Visa Credit Card means a card issued by a participant in Australia in the Visa credit card system, under the rules of the Scheme, that allows the cardholder to make payments to merchants for goods or services on credit, or any other article issued under the rules of the Scheme and commonly known as a credit card;

  • Credit card means any card, plate, coupon book, or other credit device ex- isting for the purpose of obtaining money, property, labor, or services on credit.

  • Private label credit card means any charge card, credit card, or other instrument serving a similar purpose that carries, refers to, or is branded with the name or logo of a vendor and that can only be used for purchases from the vendor.

  • Credit Card Account means the Account of the Cardmember opened with Maybank for the purpose of this Agreement;

  • Card Account means the account maintained with the Bank in respect of the Card;

  • Credit Card Agreement means any agreement between a Loan Party, on the one hand, and a credit card issuer or a credit card processor (including any credit card processor that processes purchases of Inventory from a Loan Party through debit cards or mall cards), on the other hand.

  • Debit Card means a card issued by the Financial Institution that allows the holder of the card to deposit cash and/or Instruments or withdraw cash from the Account through an ATM, authorize Transactions on the Account through an ATM, and that operates like an Instrument to purchase goods and services from merchants.

  • Credit and Collection Policy means Seller’s credit and collection policies and practices relating to Contracts and Receivables existing on the date hereof and summarized in Exhibit VIII hereto, as modified from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Cardholder means an individual, company, firm or other body to whom a Card has been issued at any time and who is authorised to use that Card;

  • MasterCard means MasterCard International Incorporated or its successors or assigns.

  • Card means the Visa credit card and any duplicates, renewals, or substitutions the Credit Union issues to you; "account" means your Visa credit card line-of-credit account with the Credit Union; and "Credit Union" means the Credit Union whose name appears on this Agreement or anyone to whom the Credit Union transfers this Agreement.

  • Merchant means a company, firm or other organisation accepting either all Cards as a means of payment for goods and/or services or at least one type of Card for business to business transactions.
