Examples of Account Fees in a sentence
Both the Open and Closed Account Fees shall be billed by the Transfer Agent monthly in arrears on a prorated basis of 1/12 of the annualized fee for all such accounts.
BNYM shall provide the Fund with access to and use of those components of the BNYM System for which the Fund pays a fee in accordance with the Fee Agreement or with respect to which the Fee Agreement indicates the fee is included in the Account Fees (as such term is used in the Fee Agreement).

Should the Transfer Agent fail to meet this objective it would result in a credit to total Per Account Fees billed to the Fund each month.
