Participating Merchants definition

Participating Merchants means business(es) with a location in the Township, or located outside the Township but not competing with any local business, which voluntarily register and enter into an agreement with Applicant to participate in the Shop Local Program.

More Definitions of Participating Merchants

Participating Merchants has the meaning given to such term in Clause 21.1 of the Account Terms. “Payment Services Act” means the Payment Services Act 2019 (Act 2 of 2019) of Singapore.
