Daily Limits. Finductive shall apply specific and industry-based daily limits to all Payment Accounts. Payment limits can be modified according to the Account Holder’s needs and requests. It is to be noted that any increase in daily limit carries an inherent exposure to the risk of suffering material financial losses in the case of a fraud or phishing attacks on the Account Holder. Therefore, the Account Holder assumes full responsibility when asking for an increase of the standard daily limits on their Payment Account.

If a check does not meet our check acceptance policy for ATM deposits, we may refuse to accept the deposit for any reason (e.g. Non-negotiable, endorsement exceptions, foreign items, third party or other irregular items) and all rejected items will be debited from the account. Please see our Membership and Account Agreement for more information on when your funds will be available. Issuance Of Personal Identification Number. A personal identification number (PIN) will be issued separately from the card. This PIN will enable you to use your card at any ATM terminal owned by the credit union or accessed by agreement through an ATM network. You cannot make transactions through an ATM without using your PIN. IF YOU FORGET OR DO NOT ENTER YOUR PIN CORRECTLY, THE ATM MAY KEEP YOUR CARD THE THIRD TIME THE PIN IS ENTERED INCORRECTLY. THIS PROCEDURE IS FOR SECURITY MEASURES. FOR YOUR ADDED PROTECTION, THE PIN MUST NEVER BE WRITTEN ON THE CARD. KEEP YOUR PIN A SECRET! Daily Limits. No single payment can exceed $750 on any Business Day and the total amount of all payments that you make on any given Business Day cannot exceed $1,500 to all banks and $1,500 to PayPal. In order for a payment instruction to be considered received by us, it must be received before 9 p.m. Payment instructions received after 9 p.m. on a Business Day or on a day that is not a Business Day will be considered received on the next Business Day.

You may use your ATM Card at ATMs which bear the PLUS or Visa system name and/or logo throughout the United States and in certain foreign countries. Transactions made on the Cards and any Fees charged to the designated Account will be immediately deducted from the Account. Please refer to the Funds Availability disclosure posted at the terminal in which you made a deposit for timing of credit to your Account. The designated Account will also continue to be governed by the applicable depository and/or checking account agreements to the extent such agreements are inconsistent with this Agreement.
