ARTICLE II - RECOGNITION. 2.01 The Algoma District School Board, hereinafter referred to as “the Board”, recognizes the Union, being the Elementary Teachers Federation of Ontario, hereinafter referred to as the “ETFO”, as the exclusive bargaining agent for all Adult Literacy and Basic Skills Instructors employed by the Board.
ARTICLE II - RECOGNITION. 2.01 The Corporation recognizes the Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 87, as sole bargaining agent for: All employees of the Corporation, save and except: positions or groups of employees excluded from collective bargaining by virtue of the Labour Relations Act; positions or persons who exercise managerial functions; positions or persons employed in a confidential capacity related to labour relations; existing and presently proposed positions in the Human Resources Department; positions under jurisdiction of outside boards/agencies; positions under jurisdiction of other bargaining units; non-union positions that, if organized, would fall under jurisdiction of another bargaining unit; positions under jurisdiction of: Community Auditorium, Non-Profit Housing, Economic Development Corporation, and Victoriaville Board; part-time employees who do not work the standard number of hours per week and who are not governed by the provisions of the CUPE Inside, Outside or Animal Control collective agreements (interpretive assistance is available from the Scope Letter of Understanding between the parties dated May 3, 1994).
ARTICLE II - RECOGNITION. 1. The District reaffirms its recognition of Chapter 203 of the California School Employees Association as the exclusive representative for the classified employee bargaining unit.

The Borough recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive representative for the collective negotiations unit which includes all full time and regularly employed part-time blue collar and white collar employees employed by the Borough of Xxxx Ridge in the following titles: Maintenance Man Motor Equipment Operator Violations Clerk Deputy Court Administrator Water Billing Clerk Deputy Registrar Administrative Clerk/Typist Tax Clerk/Cashier Water Clerk/Cashier Tax/Water Clerk Part-time Records Clerk Building Maintenance Worker Boiler Operator Field Supervisor/Xxxxxxx Water Mechanic Administrative Secretary (Detective Bureau) Deputy Violations Clerk Deputy Court Administrator Community Service Officer (Dispatcher) Construction Code Official Plumbing Inspector Registrar of Vital Statistics Payroll Clerk Clerk/Typist Fire Sub-Code Official Administrative Secretary (Public Works) Part-Time Data Entry Clerk Borough Mechanic Chief Signal/Line Man Ordinance Enforcement Official Deputy tax & Water Collector Jitney Driver DPW Crew Leader Electrical Inspector Public Works Laborer Excluded are managerial executives, confidential employees, and supervisors within the meaning of the P.E.R.C. Act, police and fire employees, employees represented in other bargaining units and all other employees. If the Employer adds new or amended titles to the units that are clearly not managerial, supervisory or confidential, it agrees that within thirty (30) days, it will:
ARTICLE II - RECOGNITION. 2.01 (a) The Company recognizes the Union as the sole collective bargaining agent of all employees of the Sawmill and Planing Mill only, of Tembec Inc. Cochrane Tembec Division at Cochrane save and except foremen, persons above the rank of xxxxxxx, office staff, scalers, stockroom personnel, watchman and janitorial personnel.
ARTICLE II - RECOGNITION. 2.1 The District hereby recognizes the Association as the exclusive bargaining agent and representative of all regularly employed certificated employees including both full and part time teachers and excluding substitutes, management, confidential and supervisory personnel.
ARTICLE II - RECOGNITION. 2.01 The Corporation recognizes the Thunder Bay Professional Fire Fighters Association, as sole and exclusive bargaining agent for full time Fire Fighters of Thunder Bay Fire Rescue as defined in the Fire Department’s Act, and as listed in Schedule "A" attached hereto.
ARTICLE II - RECOGNITION. 1. The Town of Niskayuna recognizes the Niskayuna Police Benevolent Association as the negotiation representative for all the police officers of the Niskayuna Police Department excepting, however, the Police Chief, the Deputy Police Chief and any Lieutenants, (Public Employees Fair Employment Act as recognized by and adopted by Resolution No. 210, Niskayuna Town Board dated 10/7/75). The Niskayuna Town Board further agrees to afford to the PBA unchallenged representation status for a period of thirty-six (36) months, pursuant to the provisions of the New York Civil Service Law.
ARTICLE II - RECOGNITION. 2.1 The School Authority recognizes the E.T.F.O. as the sole and exclusive agent authorized to negotiate and to participate in the administration, where indicated, of this Agreement on behalf of all the Elementary School Teachers employed by the School Authority.

For the purposes of collective bargaining with respect to wages, hours, and other conditions of employment, this agreement applies to the following professional personnel: Personal Services CTE Chairperson Construction Technology CTE Chairperson Technology CTE Chairperson Math & Science Chairperson Transportation & Manufacturing CTE Chairperson Director of Media Services/Professional Development Athletic Director/Physical Education Chairperson English Language Arts, English Language Education and Social Studies Chairperson The Committee reserves the right to add, delete, or combine positions covered by this Memorandum of Understanding.
