Union Positions Sample Clauses
The "Union Positions" clause defines the recognition and treatment of job roles or positions that are represented by a labor union within an organization. It typically outlines which specific positions fall under the union's jurisdiction and may detail the rights, responsibilities, and benefits associated with those roles, such as eligibility for union representation or participation in collective bargaining. This clause ensures clarity regarding which employees are covered by union agreements, helping to prevent disputes over representation and ensuring that both management and employees understand the scope of union involvement.
