Sole Bargaining Agent. The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole bargaining agent on behalf of the employees for whom the Union has been certified as bargaining agent with respect to wages, hours of work, terms and conditions of employment during the life of this Agreement.
Sole Bargaining Agent. The University recognizes the Union as the sole bargaining agent for all employees covered by the Union’s certification.
Sole Bargaining Agent. The College agrees to recognize the Association as sole bargaining agent for the employees holding the positions listed in Appendix A of this Agreement, and to deal with the representatives of the Association with respect to wages, benefits, hours and working conditions, and adjustments of grievances arising under this Agreement.
Sole Bargaining Agent. The Employer recognizes RDBC as the exclusive bargaining agent in negotiating terms and conditions of employment on behalf of all Residents covered by this Agreement.
Sole Bargaining Agent. The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole bargaining agent for all Employees to whom the certification issued by the Labour Relations Board applies. No Employee shall be required or permitted to make a written or verbal agreement with the Employer which conflicts with the terms of this Agreement. Any such agreement shall be null and void.
Sole Bargaining Agent. The Employer recognizes the Hospital Employees’ Union as the sole bargaining agent on behalf of the employees for whom the Union has been certified as bargaining agent with respect to wages, hours of work, terms and conditions of employment during the life of this Collective Agreement.
Sole Bargaining Agent. The District recognizes the Association as sole bargaining agent for all regularly employed professional-technical employees, including, but not necessarily limited to, employees holding the positions listed in Appendix E of this Agreement, excluding certificated employees, office- clerical employees, paraeducators, grounds and maintenance employees, bus drivers, custodians, food service employees, supervisors, and confidential employees. The District agrees to work collaboratively with the representatives of the Association with respect to wages, benefits, hours and working conditions, and adjustment of grievances arising under this Agreement.
Sole Bargaining Agent. The rights granted to BTU-TSP in this agreement shall be granted to BTU-TSP exclusively as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent and shall not be granted to any employee organization seeking to represent employees in the bargaining unit.
Sole Bargaining Agent. The Employer recognizes the Union, Local #70 C.U.P.E., as the sole bargaining agent for the employees covered by this agreement, and agrees not to bargain collectively with any other labour organization.
Sole Bargaining Agent. The Company recognizes the Union as the sole collective bargaining agent of the Employees and Brokers covered by this Agreement. Designated officers and committee persons of the Union shall be recognized by the Company and shall represent the Union in discussing any and all matters affecting the relationship between the Company and the Employees and Brokers who are covered by this Agreement.
