SCOPE AND RECOGNITION. 2.01 The employer being the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxxxxxx District School Board, (hereinafter referred to as “The Board”) recognizes the Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario (hereinafter referred to as “the Federation”) as the bargaining agent for all Occasional Teachers employed by the Board in its elementary panel.

SCOPE AND RECOGNITION. 2.01 The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole bargaining agent on behalf of the employees for whom the Union has been certified as bargaining agent with respect to wages, hours of work, terms and conditions of employment during the life of this Agreement.
SCOPE AND RECOGNITION. 4.01 The scope of this Agreement as it applies to each individual Employer shall be the extent to which the Local Union, party hereto, has established a collective bargaining relationship with that Employer and the extent to which that Employer employs employees within the scope of such bargaining relationship, and the extent to which the Employer is engaged within the trade jurisdiction set out in the registration certificate held by the Employers' Organization party hereto. It is agreed that notwithstanding the consolidation of Local 2410 (Red Deer), Local 846 (Lethbridge), and Local 1569 (Medicine Hat) into Local 2103 (Calgary), and Local 1322 (Edson) into Local 1325 (Edmonton), and whose territorial jurisdiction was defined in the 1993-1995 Collective Agreement pursuant to [then] Registration Certificate No. 26, the collective bargaining relationship with the expanded Locals 2103 and 1325 shall be in respect to those territories as were affected by collective bargaining relationships with the respective Local Unions 2410, 846, 1569, 2103, 1322, and 1325 as formerly defined in the 1993-1995 Collective Agreement.

SCOPE AND RECOGNITION. 2.01 The Company recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent for all its employees at its retail store in Sherway, save and except department supervisors, persons above the rank of department supervisor, security staff, management trainees, office and clerical staff, students employed on a co-operative program with a school, college or university.
SCOPE AND RECOGNITION. 3.1 The employer being the Algoma District School Board (herein after referred to as the Board) recognizes the Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario (ETFO) (hereinafter referred to as the Union) as the Bargaining Agent for all members employed by the Board in its elementary panel save and except occasional teachers.
SCOPE AND RECOGNITION. The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole collective bargaining agent for all employees of Division of Nursing Homes carrying on business as Xxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxx (Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx) and its Oakwood Park Lodge, Falls, save and except professional medical staff, registered nurses, graduate nurses and undergraduate nurses, supervisors, persons above the rank of supervisor, office staff, employees employed on an on-the-job training programme in association with Canada Manpower or a Community College, persons regularly employed for not more than hours per week and students employed during the school vacation period. The Employer undertakes that he will not enter into any other agreement or contract with those employees for whom the Union has bargaining rights either individually or collectively which will conflict with any of the provisions of this Agreement. Where the masculine pronoun is used in this Agreement, it shall mean and include the feminine pronoun where the context so applies. The Union and the Employer agree to abide by the Ontario Human Rights Code.
SCOPE AND RECOGNITION. 2.01 This Agreement shall apply to all employees in the bargaining unit defined in the Certificate issued by the Ontario Labour Relations Board on the 15th day of March 1988 and clerical on the 19th day of June 1990, that is, all employees of Ventra Group Inc., in Peterborough, Ontario save and except supervisors, persons above the rank of supervisor, sales staff.
