Deputy Registrar definition

Deputy Registrar means the Deputy Registrar elected by the Court in accordance with article 43, paragraph 4, of the Statute;
Deputy Registrar means a Deputy Registrar appointed pursuant to this Act;
Deputy Registrar means the person appointed or deemed to have been appointed to be a Deputy Registrar under subsection 4(2) or (3);
