Collective Agreements definition

Collective Agreements means collective agreements and related documents including benefit agreements, letters of understanding, letters of intent and other written communications (including arbitration awards) by which the Company and any of its Subsidiaries are bound.
Collective Agreements means all collective bargaining agreements or union agreements currently applicable to the Company and/or any of its Subsidiaries and all related documents, including letters or memorandums of understanding, letters of intent or other written communications with bargaining agents for any Company Employee which impose any obligations upon the Company and/or any of its Subsidiaries.
Collective Agreements has the meaning set out in Section 5.01(2).

Examples of Collective Agreements in a sentence

  • Provisions in existing Collective Agreements providing for educational allowances shall be continued in effect.

  • Effective the first of the month following the transfer, all existing sick leave plans in the Participating Hospitals shall be terminated and any provisions relating to such plans shall be null and void under the respective Collective Agreements except as to those provisions relating to payout of unused sick leave benefits which are specifically dealt with hereinafter.

  • Where existing Collective Agreements contain provisions relating to payment to nurses for holidays, whether worked or not, that exceed any payment required under the Employment Standards Act, such provisions shall be continued.

  • Collective Agreements currently containing a part-time wage grid shall continue such wage grids in effect.

Collective Agreements means the four collective agreements covering bargaining units in Part III of the public service of the Province of New Brunswick, represented by theUnions, and being Nurses, Nurse Managers and Supervisors, Paramedical and Specialized Health Care Professionals.
