Collective Agreements definition

Collective Agreements means collective agreements and related documents including benefit agreements, letters of understanding, letters of intent and other written communications (including arbitration awards) by which the Company and any of its Subsidiaries are bound.

More Definitions of Collective Agreements

Collective Agreements means the collective agreement covering employees in Part III of the Public Service Labour Relations Act of the Province of New Brunswick, represented by the bargaining units of the Union as follows:

Collective Agreements has the meaning attributed to such term in Section 3.1(w);
Collective Agreements means all collective bargaining agreements or union agreements currently applicable to the Company and all related documents, including letters of understanding, letters of intent and other written communications with bargaining agents for any Company Employee which impose any obligations upon the Company.
