Annual Inventory. The Executive Director shall maintain and annually update an inventory of equipment and furnishings owned by, leased or temporarily assigned to Agency, and the values thereof.

In the event of a short cycle check inventory, employees shall be selected in the department by the lowest overtime hours. In the event that sufficient numbers cannot be acquired, employees from other departments may be selected.
Annual Inventory. During the Initial Term (as defined in Section 9), and for each succeeding twelve (12) month period thereafter, TDC shall complete a cycle count of one hundred percent (100%) of MANUFACTURER's inventory. Any inventory discrepancies discovered shall be investigated on the day the discrepancy is noted. In addition to ongoing cycle counting, during the Term and each succeeding twelve (12) month period thereafter, TDC's operations shall be suspended for a maximum of one and one-half working days for an annual statistical sample inventory. The parties shall negotiate in good faith the parameters of the annual statistical sample inventory at least thirty (30) days prior to commencement of the sample inventory. TDC shall provide sufficient resources for the annual statistical sample inventory. The cost of the annual statistical sample inventory, excluding MANUFACTURER's direct resource costs, is included within the Base Fees. Prior to a full physical inventory, if one is necessary, the parties shall agree upon a plan to combine resources to ensure that the shutdown period does not exceed two (2) working days. MANUFACTURER shall provide resources, including human resources, as required for reconciling a physical count, if any, to the perpetual inventory records. A full physical inventory, if necessary, may require additional downtime. The cost of a full physical inventory is not included in the Base Fees.

Annual Inventory. The recipient must submit annually to the contracting officer an inventory listing of all Federally owned property in its custody, i.e., property furnished by the Federal Government, rather than acquired by the recipient with Federal funds under the award.

Annual Inventory is the list of assets of the CONCESSION on which the CONCESSIONAIRE counts on the annual closing dates of each year of effectiveness of the contract until its expiration, that will be submitted by the CONCESSIONAIRE to the GRANTOR and to the REGULATOR, before January 30 of each year of the concession, and during all the effectiveness term thereof.
Annual Inventory. All US government-funded property (either Contractor-acquired or US Government-furnished) must be inventoried in accordance with the Government Property Clauses of this contract. The inventory will also form the basis of an equipment disposition plan for the Close-out phase. The inventory and plan for maintaining the inventory must account for, as applicable, in-kind procurements for grants. As part of its Annual Inventory Report, the Contractor must submit to the Contracting Officer an Annual Nonexpendable Personal Property Report, presenting the information required by the clauses of this contract entitled "Government Property" (FAR 52.245-1) and "Government Property – USAID Reporting Requirements" (AIDAR 752.245-70). This Report must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the end of the reporting period. The reporting periods are each year of this contract. Annex 1: Quarterly Geographic Data Reporting Requirements Activity Location Data (coordinates): The contractor shall submit Activity Location Data which indicates the geographic location or locations where an activity is implemented. Geographic disaggregation is required to the first administrative level at a minimum; in Egypt this corresponds to the governorate level. Further geographic disaggregation is encouraged. The contractor is required to collect and provide spatial data and use Geographic Information System (GIS) for spatial data development and reporting. The contractor must provide electronic primary data sets in a machine-ready format in accordance with the following Geographic Data formatting standards. Geographic Data Standards: ● Geographic Data must be submitted in industry standard formats, such as Shapefile (.shp), or at a minimum data must be provided in an MS Excel sheet with latitude and longitude locations in decimal degree format. ● Geographic Data must use the Geographic Coordinate System, World Geodetic System 1984 (GCS WGS 1984).
