Second posting Clause Samples

The "Second posting" clause establishes the procedure for issuing a subsequent notice or communication after an initial posting has occurred. Typically, this clause outlines the circumstances under which a second posting is required, such as when the first notice did not reach the intended recipient or when additional information must be provided. For example, it may specify timeframes for the second posting or the methods by which it should be delivered. The core function of this clause is to ensure that important information is effectively communicated and that parties have a clear process to follow if the first attempt at notification is unsuccessful.
Second posting. Vacancies of the successful applicant from the first posting will be posted immediately after placement from the first posting. In addition, any new vacancies that occur after the first posting will be posted as vacated.
Second posting. The University is not obligated to post a vacant position a second time; 1. When the vacant position was first filled by an internal employee who returned to his previous position during his trial period. The University then proceeds with a second choice in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3 of article 11.03.
Second posting. At a minimum, this posting will include: a. All positions which became vacant as a result of the employees successfully bidding in the previous posting b. Any other newly created vacancies c. All known vacancies created by the resignation or retirement or layoff of employees (provided the employee has provided written notice to Human Resources of his or her resignation or retirement). d.
