Equipment and Furnishings. The Developer will cause the applicable contractor to remedy any defect in construction caused by poor workmanship or materials which are brought to its attention by written notice within a period of one (1) year from the date of the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy. Aside from the foregoing, the Owner hereby waives and the Developer hereby disclaims all other express and implied warranties of every kind or nature with respect to the Project and the Personal Property, including, without limitation, waiving all IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Guests shall not transfer furniture, cookware, or accessories from the Premises to another property. Guest shall not move interior furniture outdoors. Certain areas on the Premises are locked for Owner’s personal storage and are not included as part of this Agreement. Agent, upon being notified by Guest of any malfunction on the Premises shall make every reasonable effort to have such appliances or amenities repaired. Replacement or repair during Guest’s stay cannot be guaranteed.
Equipment and Furnishings. Equipment and furnishings for Agency’s operation shall be acquired as provided by law. If any Principal provides equipment or furnishings for Agency’s use, title to the same shall rest with the respective local entity unless that equipment or furnishing is acquired by Agency.
Equipment and Furnishings. 14.1 Without limiting the requirements of the Statement of Requirements in respect of equipment and furnishings, the Design-Builder will complete the Design and Construction to integrate and accommodate all equipment and furnishings in the Facility as identified in the Statement of Requirements, including all required electrical and plumbing connections, structural support, seismic restraints and space for efficient access, all to the tolerances and specifications as may be specified and required by the manufacturers or vendors of the equipment (which may be of a higher standard than specified in this Agreement). The Design-Builder will include equipment and furnishings identified in the Statement of Requirements as part of the development of Design under this Agreement.

Properties are furnished according to individual Owner tastes. Agent is not responsible for Owners changing their furnishings after printing the brochure or errors contained therein.
