Examples of Funded Property in a sentence
Property that does not constitute Funded Property, as defined in Section 1.05 of the Mortgage, may be released without substituting other Funded Property.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing herein shall require the Trustee to, and the Trustee shall not unless otherwise permitted under the terms of this Indenture, subordinate the lien of this Indenture to any Purchase Money Lien or conservation easement which encumbers Funded Property.
Such property shall thereupon cease to be Funded Property under this Indenture but, as herein provided, may at any time thereafter again become Funded Property.
Once this funded property certificate is delivered to the Mortgage Trustee, the definition of Funded Property will mean any mortgaged property described in the funded property certificate.
