Report the Results. BMS is responsible for ensuring that the MCO fulfills its contractual responsibilities to inform all families of the services available under EPSDT and how to access them. The MCO must maintain data for medical, behavioral, and dental screenings in a standardized format to the extent feasible and appropriate. The MCO must review and ensure that data received from providers is accurate, timely, and complete. The MCO must facilitate routine tracking and trending of enrollee care issues to monitor, and assist in monitoring access, use and coordination of all services, including behavioral health services. The MCO must submit to BMS a report due forty-five (45) calendar days after the end of each quarter which identifies its performance regarding EPSDT outreach/enabling services, screening and referral rates, well-care child visit rates, dental visits, and immunization rates (see Article III, Section 5.9, Reporting Requirements).

  • Audit Results If an audit by a Party determines that an overpayment or an underpayment has occurred, a notice of such overpayment or underpayment shall be given to the other Party together with those records from the audit which support such determination.
