Temporarily assigned definition

Temporarily assigned means an employee who works for at least one (1) hour on a specific job assignment.
Temporarily assigned for the purpose of this section is defined as eight (8) consecutive hours, or one (1) or more consecutive eight
Temporarily assigned means employment of an Officer pursuant to section 46 of the Act.

Examples of Temporarily assigned in a sentence

  • Temporarily assigned employees will adhere to the established Skagit work hours.

  • Temporarily assigned teachers with a minimum of eight semester hours of approved credit in special education may replace TATs with no training in special education.

  • Temporarily assigned employees may remain in the temporary assignment for the duration of the regular employee's absence, not to exceed two (2) years.

  • Temporarily assigned employees are those who are temporarily employed for a period not exceeding six (6) consecutive months or those called in on an intermittent basis and to fill in for short-term vacancies or absences of regular employees.

  • Temporarily assigned employees will not be rotated in order to avoid paying the higher rate.

  • Temporarily assigned teachers with a minimum of eight semester hours of approved credit in special education may re- place TATs with no training in special education.

  • Temporarily assigned individuals will not be paid for their lunch break.

  • Temporarily assigned teachers with a minimum of eight semester hours of ap- proved credit in special education may replace TATs with no training in special education.

  • Temporarily assigned personnel will work no more than eight (8) hours per day, excluding one (1) hour for lunch; or a total of forty (40) hours per week.

  • Temporarily assigned personnel to the Detective Bureau will be made aware of the expected duration of the assignment when assigned.
