Working Drawings definition

Working Drawings means the final working drawings approved by Landlord, as amended from time to time by any approved changes thereto, and “Work” means all improvements to be constructed in accordance with and as indicated on the Working Drawings, together with any work required by governmental authorities to be made to other areas of the Building as a result of the improvements indicated by the Working Drawings. Landlord’s approval of the Working Drawings shall not be a representation or warranty of Landlord that such drawings are adequate for any use or comply with any Law, but shall merely be the consent of Landlord thereto. Tenant shall, at Landlord’s request, sign the Working Drawings to evidence its review and approval thereof. After the Working Drawings have been approved, Tenant shall cause the Work to be performed in accordance with the Working Drawings.
Working Drawings means a complete set of plans and specifications showing and describing all phases of a project, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, civil engineering and landscaping systems to the degree necessary for the purposes of accurate bidding by contractors and for the use of artisans in constructing the project.
Working Drawings is used in this Agreement, such term shall be deemed to refer to the Initial Plan and all supplemental plans and specifications approved by Landlord.

Examples of Working Drawings in a sentence

  • After City approves the Working Drawings, Developer shall, pursuant to a written contract ("the TI Improvement Contract"), engage the services of Prime Contractor to construct and install Developer’s TI Work in an expeditious, diligent and workmanlike manner.

  • Following preparation of the Working Drawings, Developer shall (1) deliver to City a copy of the Working Drawings for City's approval and (2) deliver to Prime Contractor a copy of the Working Drawings for Prime Contractor to solicit bids from subcontractors.

  • If during the course of performing the Developer’s TI Work any changes are proposed to the scope of the work as described in the approved Working Drawings (excluding change proposed by City), such changes shall be submitted to City for City’s approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed if such changes are reasonably required for the good and workmanlike completion of the Developer’s TI Work.


More Definitions of Working Drawings

Working Drawings or “Working Documents" means the final design plans and specifications, for the approved design of Measures, in sufficient detail to construct the Measure. The Working Documents must include:

Tenant shall, at Landlord's request, sign the Working Drawings to evidence its review and approval thereof. All changes in the Work must receive the prior written approval of Landlord, and in the event of any such approved change Tenant shall, upon completion of the Work, furnish Landlord with an accurate, reproducible "as-built" plan (e.g., sepia) of the improvements as constructed, which plan shall be incorporated into this Lease by this reference for all purposes. Landlord shall promptly review and approve all such drawings and Landlord's approvals shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

Working Drawings means those drawings prepared by the Contractor to supplement the Plans and Shop Drawings to accurately and clearly depict all working and installation dimensions, arrangement and sectional views, units of equipment in the proposed positions for installation, details of required attachments and connections, and dimensioned locations between units and in relation to the existing and proposed structures. Working Drawings shall show all necessary details and information for making connections between the various trades including, but not limited to, power supplies and interconnecting wiring between units, accessories, and appurtenances.

Tenant’s Work may include, if desired by Tenant and subject to Landlord’s approval rights as set forth herein (not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed) and subject to all Applicable Laws, grade-level roll up garage doors with accompanying curb cuts and ramps; painting, graphics and signage in the fire stairs; a rainwater collection system tied to the water quality ponds on the Project; and security access gates throughout certain sections of the Parking Facilities. Tenant’s Work may also include a second fiber optic connection line, provided that Tenant coordinates the installation of such second line with the installation by Landlord of the first fiber optic line and such installation by Tenant of the second line does not delay Landlord’s Work. Landlord’s approval of the Working Drawings shall not be a representation or warranty of Landlord that such drawings are adequate for any use or comply with any Law, but shall merely be the consent of Landlord thereto. Landlord shall, at Tenant’s request, sign the Working Drawings to evidence its review and approval thereof. After the Working Drawings have been approved, Tenant shall cause the Tenant’s Work to be performed in accordance with the Working Drawings. Tenant, at Tenant’s cost, shall be responsible for obtaining any permits or other governmental approvals required to construct the Tenant Improvements. Landlord agrees to provide Tenant with an asbestos letter as necessary to permit Tenant to obtain its construction permits. LANDLORD MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE SPACE PLANS, THE WORKING DRAWINGS OR THE TENANT’S WORK (OR ANY OTHER SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE ARCHITECT, TENANT’S CONTRACTOR OR ANY OF THEIR SUBCONTRACTORS). ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES BY LANDLORD WITH RESPECT THERETO, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE OF HABITABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, MARKETABILITY, QUALITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY NEGATED AND WAIVED. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, LANDLORD SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FAILURE OF THE TENANT’S WORK....
Working Drawings. - shall mean those drawings, sketches or maps that are incorporated within or separately submitted with these specifications.
