Working Drawings definition

Working Drawings means the final working drawings approved by Landlord, as amended from time to time by any approved changes thereto, and “Work” means all improvements to be constructed in accordance with and as indicated on the Working Drawings, together with any work required by governmental authorities to be made to other areas of the Building as a result of the improvements indicated by the Working Drawings. Landlord’s approval of the Working Drawings shall not be a representation or warranty of Landlord that such drawings are adequate for any use or comply with any Law, but shall merely be the consent of Landlord thereto. Tenant shall, at Landlord’s request, sign the Working Drawings to evidence its review and approval thereof. After the Working Drawings have been approved, Tenant shall cause the Work to be performed in accordance with the Working Drawings.
Working Drawings means a complete set of plans and specifications showing and describing all phases of a project, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, civil engineering and landscaping systems to the degree necessary for the purposes of accurate bidding by contractors and for the use of artisans in constructing the project.
Working Drawings is used in this Agreement, such term shall be deemed to refer to the Initial Plan and all supplemental plans and specifications approved by Landlord.

  • Working Drawings - Stress sheets, shop drawings, erection plans, falsework plans, framework plans, cofferdam plans, bending diagrams for reinforcing steel, or any other supplementary plans or similar data which the Contractor is required to submit to the Engineer for approval.

Working Drawings or “Working Documents" means the final design plans and specifications, for the approved design of Measures, in sufficient detail to construct the Measure. The Working Documents must include:

Working Drawings means those drawings prepared by the Contractor to supplement the Plans and Shop Drawings to accurately and clearly depict all working and installation dimensions, arrangement and sectional views, units of equipment in the proposed positions for installation, details of required attachments and connections, and dimensioned locations between units and in relation to the existing and proposed structures. Working Drawings shall show all necessary details and information for making connections between the various trades including, but not limited to, power supplies and interconnecting wiring between units, accessories, and appurtenances.

Working Drawings mean the construction drawings and specifications relating to such Tenant’s Work. Tenant’s Work shall be carried out as Alterations in accordance with the terms of Article 6 of the Lease, and shall be subject to the additional requirements set forth in Section 3 and Sections 5 through 12 of Exhibit B to the 11th/12th Floor Lease (including, without limitation, Landlord’s obligation to respond to Tenant’s Preliminary Plans and Working Drawings in the manner described in Sections 5(a) and 5(b) of Exhibit B to the 11th/12th Floor Lease), which are incorporated herein by reference (with references to the 11th Floor Premises and the 12th Floor Premises being deemed references to the 2nd Floor Premises and the 3rd Floor Premises). Tenant’s Work shall also be deemed to include, and Tenant shall be required to perform at its sole cost and expense (subject to the Construction Allowance), all other work that is: (i) triggered or necessitated under applicable Laws by the work described in the Working Drawings (or any other work performed by Tenant), including, without limitation, all fire and life safety code compliance work and all work required to be performed pursuant to applicable Laws relating to handicap access; and/or (ii) required in connection with the performance of the work described in the Working Drawings (or any other work performed by Tenant) due to physical site conditions or engineering requirements.
Working Drawings means the final working drawings approved by Landlord, as amended from time to time by any approved changes thereto, and “Tenant’s Work” or “Tenant Improvements” means all improvements to be constructed in accordance with and as indicated on the Working Drawings, together with any work required by governmental authorities to be made to other areas of the Project as a result of the improvements indicated by the Working Drawings. Tenant’s Work may include, if desired by Tenant and subject to Landlord’s approval rights as set forth herein (not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed) and subject to all Applicable Laws, grade-level roll up garage doors with accompanying curb cuts and ramps; painting, graphics and signage in the fire stairs; a rainwater collection system tied to the water quality ponds on the Project; and security access gates throughout certain sections of the Parking Facilities. Tenant’s Work may also include a second fiber optic connection line, provided that Tenant coordinates the installation of such second line with the installation by Landlord of the first fiber optic line and such installation by Tenant of the second line does not delay Landlord’s Work. Landlord’s approval of the Working Drawings shall not be a representation or warranty of Landlord that such drawings are adequate for any use or comply with any Law, but shall merely be the consent of Landlord thereto. Landlord shall, at Tenant’s request, sign the Working Drawings to evidence its review and approval thereof. After the Working Drawings have been approved, Tenant shall cause the Tenant’s Work to be performed in accordance with the Working Drawings. Tenant, at Tenant’s cost, shall be responsible for obtaining any permits or other governmental approvals required to construct the Tenant Improvements. Landlord agrees to provide Tenant with an asbestos letter as necessary to permit Tenant to obtain its construction permits. LANDLORD MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE SPACE PLANS, THE WORKING DRAWINGS OR THE TENANT’S WORK (OR ANY OTHER SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE ARCHITECT, TENANT’S CONTRACTOR OR ANY OF THEIR SUBCONTRACTORS). ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES BY LANDLORD WITH RESPECT THERETO, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE OF HABITABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, MARKETABILITY, QUALITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY NEGATED AND WAIVED. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, LANDLORD SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FAILURE OF THE TENANT’S WORK....
