Working Documents definition

Working Documents means proof that the Participant is eligible to work, such as a birth certificate issued in the United States, a Social Security Card, or Employment Authorization Document issued by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Participants under age 18 must also provide age-appropriate New York State employment certificates. Male Participants aged eighteen (18) or older must also provide proof of Selective Service Registration. Working Documents are required only for Older Youth Participants given a Work Assignment.
