Building Plans definition

Building Plans means the general building plans in respect of the Development or in respect of any part or parts of the Development prepared by the Authorized Person and approved by the Building Authority and includes any amendments thereto from time to time approved by the Building Authority;
Building Plans means the plans and designs of buildings constructed or to be constructed on the Project Land (as defined herein-below), which has been duly approved by the local authority in full including any variations therein which may subsequently be made by the Promoter and/or Architect(s) in accordance with Applicable Laws.
Building Plans means the floor plans of the buildings to be erected on the Property prior to the Transfer Date, as set out in Appendix 6 hereto;

More Definitions of Building Plans

Building Plans means the plans for the development of the Development approved by the Director of Buildings and, where required, the Director of Lands, and all approved amendments thereto;
