Building Plans definition
Building Plans means the general building plans and specifications prepared by the Authorized Person and approved by the Building Authority under Reference No. [ ] and includes any approved amendments thereto.
Building Plans means the plans and designs of buildings constructed or to be constructed on the Project Land (as defined herein-below), which has been duly approved by the local authority in full including any variations therein which may subsequently be made by the Promoter and/or Architect(s) in accordance with Applicable Laws.

Building Plans means the floor plans of the buildings to be erected on the Property prior to the Transfer Date, as set out in Appendix 6 hereto;
