All work, labor and materials to be furnished under this Contract shall be furnished strictly pursuant to, and in conformance with the specifications, and the instructions of the City’s designee as given from time to time during the progress of the work, under the terms of this Contract, and in accordance with Contract Drawings.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and scheduling necessary in order to demolish/remove those items specified on the Contract Drawings for demolition/removal and shall be responsible for any degree of unforeseen difficulty in the removal of said items.
Unless otherwise expressly provided in the Contract Drawings, Specifications and Addenda, the work shall be performed in accordance with the best modern practice for work of this character and in accordance with industry standards, to the Satisfaction of the Assistant Commissioner, or designee.
Where Plans or Specifications or Contract Drawings state that materials, processes, or procedures must be approved by the Division of State Architect, State Fire ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, or other body or agency, Contractor shall be responsible for satisfying requirements of such bodies or agencies.
If Contractor observes that Plans or Specifications or Contract Drawings are at variance therewith, in consultation with District, Contractor shall promptly notify Architect in writing and any changes deemed necessary by the Architect shall be adjusted as provided for changes in Work.
