Engineering Requirements definition

Engineering Requirements means the requirements (including without limitation the standards) specified in Annexure II to this Concession Contract;
Engineering Requirements means those requirements set forth on Exhibit L to this Agreement.
Engineering Requirements means the engineering standards established by kʷikʷəƛ̓ əm from time to time including those relating to water, sewer, storm water, and highways;
