PROJECT DIRECTION. TTI’s Principal Investigator is authorized to coordinate the technical aspects of the work within the general scope of work. The Project Director for this Agreement is Xxxxx Xxxxx.
PROJECT DIRECTION. Primary interface with the selected firm will be the City's Design Manager of the Engineering & Capital Improvements Department. The Design Manager will be responsible for the direction, review, and approval of all work as well as the program administration of the contract for compliance with and interpretation of scope, schedule, and budget. In carrying out these functions, the Design Manager will utilize the various departments and personnel of the City of St. Petersburg and coordinate with other governmental agencies as required to ensure a successful project.
PROJECT DIRECTION. The Services performed by Parkxxxxx xxxsuant to this Agreement shall be performed under the direction and management of Willxxx X. Xxxxxxx xx AMT.
PROJECT DIRECTION. The research shall be supervised by Xxxx Xxxxxxxx, PhD (“Principal Investigator”). Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, PhD, will act as Co- Principal Investigator. If for any reason the Principal Investigator withdraws or is otherwise unable to continue to serve as Principal Investigator, GW shall appoint a new Principal Investigator, subject to the approval of Sponsor, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned. If the Parties are unable to agree on a successor Principal Investigator, either Party may terminate the Agreement pursuant to Article XIV herein.
PROJECT DIRECTION. The work shall be done under the technical direction of Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Director of I-Corps at GW (“GW Technical Representative”). If for any reason the GW Technical Representative withdraws or is otherwise unable to continue to serve as GW Technical Representative, GW shall appoint a new GW Technical Representative, subject to the approval of RISE, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
PROJECT DIRECTION. Agree the project scope and any changes to scope during the course of the project; • Provide overall direction for the project team and agree the scope and tolerances for each stage of the project; • Authorise any major changes to project deliverables or timescales under robust change management procedures; • Address and resolve tensions between objectives during the project lifecycle; Project management: • Ensure that the required resources are committed for the project team; • Ensure project plans are in place; • Ensure risk management plans are in place and take action to deal with any escalated risks and issues; • Sign off each stage of the project and associated payments; Project planning and funding: • Oversee development of a Local Broadband Plan setting out the overall priorities for the project; • Ensure engagement with local communities and business to encourage and harness interest in the project and to ensure the project addresses their concerns and priorities; • Identify where it is possible to leverage in the value of existing or planned investments in infrastructure or services which provide enterprise networks for public sector use; • Identify and secure funding to support the project, including both capital and revenue funding; • Ensure action is taken as needed to manage any planning issues or barriers to delivery of the project objectives;
PROJECT DIRECTION. Each Party shall appoint one person who shall be responsible for all of that Party’s tasks and communications relating to the Project (the “Project Directors”). Said notice shall be provided in writing within ten (10) days of the change. 2.5.
PROJECT DIRECTION. The City of Tea, MPO, SDDOT, and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) will be responsible for the direction, review, and approval of all design as well as the program administration of the agreement for compliance with and interpretation of scope, schedule, and budget. In carrying out these functions City of the City of Tea, Sioux Falls MPO, SDDOT, and FHWA will utilize the various departments and personnel as required to ensure an integrated program of design that is consistent with all policies, procedures, and experience in this area. PROJECT DIRECTION. Subcontractor will conduct its work under the direction of the LGC Project Manager or as directed by LGC. For purposes of agreement administration and operations management, the Agreement Administrator is vested with the authority to act on behalf of LGC in all respects, and subcontractor will coordinate with the Agreement Administrator as necessary to effectuate the terms of this Agreement. The LGC Project Manager retains ultimate authority and responsibility for project direction and LGC retains responsibility for the quality, accuracy and timelines of all deliverables.
