Principal Investigator definition

Principal Investigator means the Personnel who is identified as principally responsible for the performance and supervision of research associated with a Contract.
Principal Investigator means the person who will take primary responsibility for the conduct of the Clinical Trial at the Trial Site or any other person as may be agreed between the Parties as a replacement;

Principal Investigator means, if the Applicant is a Post-secondary Institution and if the Application identified a principal investigator or designated an individual as a chair, the individual who is identified in the Application as the principal investigator or the chair for the Project.
