Project Directors. The Project Director, as specified on the signature page of this Agreement, must be an employee of the Agency or the Agency's governing body. Any exception to this provision must have the expressed written approval of GHSP.

Project Directors. CI’s Project Director for this project is (the “CEPF Director”). Grantee’s Project Director is [STATE NAME AND TITLE]. All administrative notices, program requests, and deliverables relating to this Grant shall be addressed to these individuals.
Project Directors. Within thirty (30) days following the Effective Date each Party shall appoint (and notify the other Party of the identity of) a representative to act as its project director (“Project Director”). The Project Director shall be responsible for the follow up of the respective research and development activities under this Agreement on a regular basis. The Project Director shall attend the meetings of the Joint Research and Development Committee, and may bring any matter in relation to the project management to the attention of the Joint Steering Committee, if such Project Director reasonably believes that such matter warrants such attention. Each Party may replace its Project Director on written notice to the other Party.
Project Directors. Promptly after the Effective Date, each Party shall appoint an individual (other than an existing member of the JSC) to act as the project leader for such Party (each, a “Project Director”). Each Project Director shall thereafter be permitted to attend meetings of the JSC as a nonvoting observer, subject to the confidentiality provisions of Article 9. The Project Directors shall be the primary point of contact for the Parties regarding the collaboration activities contemplated by this Agreement and shall facilitate all such activities hereunder including, but not limited to, the exchange of Information described in Section 3.10. The Project Directors shall also be responsible for assisting the JSC in performing its oversight responsibilities and the JPS in performing its responsibilities. The name and contact information for such Project Director, as well as any replacement(s) chosen by ChemoCentryx or GSK, in their sole discretion, from time to time, shall be promptly provided to the other Party in accordance with Section 14.6 of this Agreement.
Project Directors. Within ten (10) days following the Effective Date, to the extent the Parties have not already done so in accordance with the Original Agreement, each Party shall appoint and notify the other Party of the identity of a representative to act as its project director (“Project Director”). Project Directors a. The Project Director for the COUNTY shall be the Yolo County Director of Community Services or designee (Director).
