CONTRACT DIRECTION. (a) Only the LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative has authority on behalf of LOCKHEED XXXXXX to make changes to this Contract. All amendments must be identified as such in writing and executed by the parties.
CONTRACT DIRECTION. (a) Only the Buyer Procurement Representative has authority to change this Contract. Such changes must be in writing.
CONTRACT DIRECTION a. The person authorized by the Company’s procurement organization to administer the Contract (the “Company Buyer” or “Buyer”) is the only person with authority to modify its terms.

CONTRACT DIRECTION a) The Purchase Order contains all the agreements and conditions of sale and no course of dealing or usage of the trade shall be applicable unless expressly incorporated in the Purchase Order. The terms and conditions contained in the Purchase Order may not be added to, modified, superseded or otherwise altered except by a written modification signed by an authorized representative of the BUYER’s Purchasing Department and delivered by BUYER to SELLER.
CONTRACT DIRECTION. A. Only the LMC Senior Vice President, Human Resources or his designee has authority to make changes in or amendments to this Agreement. Such changes or amendments must be in writing.
