The Project Objectives. 2.1 The Recipient shall use the GLA Funding only to meet the Project Objectives in relation to the Project in accordance with this Agreement. 2.2 The Recipient hereby warrants that it has sufficient resources, including competent and qualified personnel, financial resources, premises and other resources as necessary, to meet the Project Objectives fully in accordance with this Agreement. 2.3 The Recipient shall: (a) promptly and efficiently deliver the Project Objectives and complete the Project fully in accordance with this Agreement; and (b) where the meeting of Project Objectives consists of the achievement of: (i) Milestones, notify the Authority in writing immediately upon becoming aware that any Milestones are unlikely to be achieved fully in accordance with this Agreement; and/or (ii) Project Outputs, notify the Authority in writing immediately upon becoming aware that any Project Outputs are likely to exceed or are likely to be less than the relevant agreed number of Project Outputs set out in Schedule 10.

To the extent that the undertaking of any agreed design and/or re-design work necessitates in the opinion of the Authority, the amendment of this Agreement all such amendment shall not be valid unless made in accordance with Clause 11.
The Project Objectives. 2.1 The Recipient shall use the GLA Funding only to meet the Project Objectives and the Project Outputs in relation to the Project in accordance with this Agreement. 2.2 The Recipient hereby warrants that it has sufficient resources, including competent and qualified personnel, financial resources, premises and other resources as necessary, to meet the Project Objectives fully in accordance with this Agreement. 2.3 The Recipient shall: (a) promptly and efficiently deliver the Project Objectives, the Project Outputs and complete the Project fully in accordance with this Agreement; and (b) deliver the Milestones and the Project Outputs in accordance with the dates and delivery timescales set out in OPS Block 7 Milestones and Block 9 Outputs; (c) notify the Authority in writing immediately upon becoming aware that any Milestones are unlikely to be achieved fully in accordance with this Agreement; and/or (d) notify the Authority in writing immediately upon becoming aware that any Project Outputs are likely to exceed or are likely to be less than the relevant agreed number of Project Outputs set out in OPS or are unlikely to be achieved fully in accordance with this Agreement.
The Project Objectives. 2.1 In consideration of the sum of £1 (receipt of which the GLA hereby acknowledges), the GLA has agreed to make the GLA Funding available to the Recipient to fulfil the Project Objectives for the Minimum Period of Use subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 2.2 The Recipient confirms that such details of the RSAP Dwellings comprised in the Original Revenue Project as are required by the GLA have been included in OPS by the date of this Agreement and in submitting such details the Recipient represents and warrants to the GLA that it: 2.2.1 has sufficient resources, including competent and qualified personnel, financial resources, premises and other resources as necessary, to meet the Project Objectives fully in accordance with this Agreement; 2.2.2 is not subject to any Section 15 Direction nor do any circumstances exist which would permit such a direction to be issued; and 2.2.3 has not nor have any of its officers made a Section 114 Report nor is it aware of any circumstances which would give rise to the making of a Section 114 Report; 2.3 If any Indicative RSAP Dwellings are accepted by the GLA in OPS the Recipient must ensure that such Indicative RSAP Dwellings are profiled into Capital Projects on OPS in accordance with such procedures as the GLA may require. 2.4 The Recipient must upload such details as the GLA may require in connection with any proposed Additional Revenue Project onto OPS and in submitting such details the Recipient represents and warrants in relation to the proposed Additional Revenue Project in the terms set out in clause 2.2. 2.5 If the GLA is satisfied with the details submitted under clause 2.4 it will confirm its acceptance of the proposed Additional Revenue Project on OPS and from the date of such acceptance: 2.5.1 the proposed Additional Revenue Project shall constitute a Revenue Project and immediately subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement; 2.5.2 the details set out by the Recipient in respect of any Additional Revenue Project in OPS and as confirmed by the GLA through OPS shall be deemed to be Project Details for the purposes of this Agreement; and 2.5.3 the Recipient will be entitled to claim GLA Funding with respect to any RSAP Dwelling within such Revenue Project pursuant to clause 4.1 and 4.2 and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 2.6 If the GLA agrees to make available any grant funding in relation to Additional Revenue Project, the GLA Funding ...
The Project Objectives. 2.1 The Academy Trust shall use the Funding solely to meet the Project Objectives in relation to the Project in accordance with this Agreement. 2.2 The Academy Trust hereby warrants that it has sufficient resources, including competent and qualified personnel, financial resources, premises and other resources as necessary, and will only instruct suitably qualified and competent professionals to meet the Project Objectives in accordance with this Agreement in all material respects. 2.3 The Academy Trust shall: (a) deliver the Project Objectives and complete the Project in accordance with this Agreement by no later than dd/mm/yyyy; and (b) where the meeting of Project Objectives consists of the achievement of: (i) milestones, notify the Council in writing immediately upon becoming aware that any milestones are unlikely to be achieved fully in accordance with this Agreement: and (ii) deliverables, notify the Council in writing immediately upon becoming aware that any deliverables are likely to exceed or are likely to be less than the relevant agreed number of deliverables set out in Schedule 1.
The Project Objectives. 2.1 The Recipient shall use the GLA Support only to meet the Project Objectives in relation to the Project in accordance with this Agreement and the Authority Support Letter. 2.2 The Recipient hereby warrants that it will have sufficient resources, including competent and qualified personnel, and other resources as necessary, to meet the Project Objectives fully in accordance with this Agreement and each Authority Support Letter. 2.3 The Recipient shall: (a) ensure that the Project Objectives are promptly and efficiently delivered and the Project fully completed in accordance with this Agreement and the relevant Authority Support Letter; and (b) notify the Authority in writing immediately upon becoming aware that any Milestones are unlikely to achieved fully in accordance with this Agreement or Authority Support Letter.

The agreed design dialogue arrangements will be integral to the project description and milestones set out in this Grant Agreement. 2.3 The Recipient hereby warrants that it has sufficient resources, including competent and qualified personnel, financial resources, premises and other resources as necessary, to meet the Project Objectives fully in accordance with this Agreement. 2.4 The Recipient shall: (a) promptly and efficiently deliver the Project Objectives and complete the Project fully in accordance with this Agreement; and (b) where the meeting of Project Objectives consists of the achievement of: (i) Milestones, notify the Authority in writing immediately upon becoming aware that any Milestones are unlikely to achieved fully in accordance with this Agreement: and (ii) Project Outputs, notify the Authority in writing immediately upon becoming aware that any Project Outputs are likely to exceed or are likely to be less than the relevant agreed number of Project Outputs set out in the Output Related Funding Schedule.

  • Project Objective The Parties will jointly develop the Project Objective based upon the Owner’s requirements, goals, and constraints. The Project Objective is comprised of the Base Program, Target Cost, Added Value Incentive Items, Implementation Documents, and Contract Time, and any other objectives agreed by the Parties.   • Safety Objectives 55.1 The Parties recognise the potentially hazardous nature of the construction industry. To this end, the Parties to the Agreement are committed to continuous improvement in occupational health and safety standards through the implementation of an organisational framework which involves all Parties in protecting Employees’ health and safety. 55.2 In meeting these objectives, the Parties have agreed to consider a broad agenda through the consultative processes established by this Agreement. Such an agenda will include: (a) measures designed to include the safe operation of plant and equipment; (b) training issues including specific hazards, health and safety systems, and site induction; (c) management of occupational health and safety through a comprehensive approach which aims to control hazards at their source, reduce the incidence and costs of occupational injuries and illnesses; and (d) risk of fatigue (see clauses 38.5 and 38.6). 55.3 The Employer will comply with all relevant work health and safety legislation, including the OHS Act, workers compensation legislation, regulations, codes of practice and relevant and appropriate Australian and Industry Standards produced or recognised by WorkSafe Victoria.
