Contractor’s Project Manager. 7.2.1 The Contractor’s Project Manager is designated in Exhibit F (Contractor’s Administration). The Contractor shall notify the County in writing of any change in the name or address of the Contractor’s Project Manager.
Contractor’s Project Manager. The Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel shall be assigned to this Contract for the duration of this Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. Contractor’s Key Personnel are those individuals who report directly to the Contractor’s Project Manager.
Contractor’s Project Manager. Contractor shall appoint a Project Manager, as specified in Article 27, “Notices”, to direct the Contractor’s efforts in fulfilling Contractor’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to acceptance by the County and/or District and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s and/or District’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel shall be assigned to this Contract for the duration of this Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and District and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Contractor’s Project Manager. Alternate Project Manager and key management personnel shall be subject to approval by County and shall not be changed without the written consent of County’s Project Manager. County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal of Contractor’s Project Manager and/or Alternate Project Manager and/or key management personnel from providing services to County under this Contract and the replacement of Contractor’s Project Manager and/or Alternate Project Manager and/or key management personnel. County’s Project Manager shall notify Contractor in writing of such action. Contractor shall accomplish the removal within 14 calendar days after written notice by County’s Project Manager. County is not required to provide any reason, rationale or factual information in the event it elects to request the removal of Contractor’s Project Manager and/or Alternate Project Manager and/or key management personnel from providing services to County under this Contract.
Contractor’s Project Manager. Designate a qualified individual to act as Contractor’s Project Manager who shall have full responsibility for the prosecution and scheduling of the Work and any issues relating to this Agreement. Contractor may designate a new qualified individual to act as Contractor’s Project Manager from time to time by a Notice delivered to Owner. Any such Project Manager will be responsible for furnishing information as reasonably requested by Owner, will have the authority to agree upon procedures for coordinating Contractor’s efforts with those of Owner, and shall be present or duly represented at the Site at all times when the Work is being performed.
Contractor’s Project Manager. Contractor’s Project Manager is . In the event that Contractor’s Project Manager is changed, Contractor shall give the City prompt written notification of such re-designation. Recognizing the need for consistency and knowledge in the administration of the Project, Contractor’s Project Manager will not be changed without the written consent of the City, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. In the event the City receives any communication from Contractor that is not from Contractor’s Project Manager, the City may request verification by Contractor’s Project Manager, which verification must be promptly furnished.
Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel: The CONTRACTOR’S PROJECT MANAGER shall be assigned to this CONTRACT for the duration of this CONTRACT and shall pursue all work and services to meet the CONTRACT timelines. Key personnel are those individual who report directly to the CONTRACTOR’SPROJECT MANAGER. COUNTY’S PROJECT MANAGER shall have the discretion to direct replacement or reassignment of any CONTRACTOR personnel during the term of this CONTRACT to ensure that all services and deliverables are provided in accordance with Attachment B, Scope of Services.
