Contractor’s Project Manager Sample Clauses

The "Contractor’s Project Manager" clause designates a specific individual from the contractor’s team as the primary point of contact and person responsible for managing the project on behalf of the contractor. This clause typically outlines the qualifications required for the project manager, their authority to make decisions, and their duties, such as coordinating work, communicating with the client, and ensuring project milestones are met. By clearly identifying who is accountable for project delivery and communication, this clause helps streamline project management and reduces confusion or delays caused by unclear lines of responsibility.
