Contractor’s Project Manager. 7.2.1 The Contractor’s Project Manager is designated in Exhibit F (Contractor’s Administration). The Contractor shall notify the County in writing of any change in the name or address of the Contractor’s Project Manager.
Contractor’s Project Manager. Contractor Project Manager will direct the Contractor’s efforts in fulfilling Contractor’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Contractor’s Project Manager. The Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel shall be assigned to this Contract for the duration of this Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. Contractor’s Key Personnel are those individuals who report directly to the Contractor’s Project Manager.

In the event that Contractor’s Project Manager is changed, Contractor shall give the City prompt written notification of such re-designation. Recognizing the need for consistency and knowledge in the administration of the Project, Contractor’s Project Manager will not be changed without the written consent of the City, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. In the event the City receives any communication from Contractor that is not from Contractor’s Project Manager, the City may request verification by Contractor’s Project Manager, which verification must be promptly furnished.
Contractor’s Project Manager. 3.1.1. Contractor has designated Xxxxxx Xxxxxx as its Project Manager to act as Contractor’s Representative in all matters relating to the Contract Documents.
Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel: The CONTRACTOR’S PROJECT MANAGER shall be assigned to this CONTRACT for the duration of this CONTRACT and shall pursue all work and services to meet the CONTRACT timelines. Key personnel are those individual who report directly to the CONTRACTOR’SPROJECT MANAGER. COUNTY’S PROJECT MANAGER shall have the discretion to direct replacement or reassignment of any CONTRACTOR personnel during the term of this CONTRACT to ensure that all services and deliverables are provided in accordance with Attachment B, Scope of Services.
Contractor’s Project Manager. The County shall appoint a Project Manager, as specified in Article “22”, to act as liaison between the County and the Contractor during the term of this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall coordinate the activities of the County staff assigned to work with the Contractor. The Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel shall be assigned to this Contract for the duration of this Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. Contractor’s Key Personnel are those individuals who report directly to the Contractor’s Project Manager.
Contractor’s Project Manager. The individual designated by the Contractor to administer the Master Agreement operations after the Master Agreement award.
Contractor’s Project Manager. The individual responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Project for the Contractor who shall have authority to act on behalf of and bind the Contractor in matters pertaining to the Project unless otherwise expressed in writing by the Contractor.

The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Contractor’s Project Manager or any other Contractor’s staff providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of such action. The Contractor shall accomplish the removal within three (3) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Contractor’s Project Manager. The County is not required to provide any additional information, reason or rationale in the event it elects to request the removal of Contractor’s Project Manager providing services to the County under this Contract.
