Project Construction Cost. The actual amount paid by the Trustees for constructing the project.
Project Construction Cost means the total cost of all construction contracts involving work that has been designed or specified by the Designer in furtherance of the Project, but does not include any payments made to the Designer or consultants.

Project Construction Cost means the estimate of construction costs to DISTRICT as designed or specified by ARCHITECT and accepted by DISTRICT until such time as responses have been received, whereupon it shall be the accepted construction agreement amount, including alternates designed when accepted, increased by the dollar amounts of all approved additive change order items. ARCHITECT shall perform design development services to keep the PROJECT within all budget and scope constraints set by DISTRICT, unless otherwise modified by written authorization by DISTRICT.
Project Construction Cost means the Architect's dated estimate, including the major categories of work, of the entire Project's current cost of construction with respect to each phase of development. Architect's estimate will include all items that would be included by the Construction Contractor in its bid to the Owner. These items may include, but not be limited to, allowances of the Construction Contractor for field and home office overhead, labor, payment and performance bonds, insurance and profit. The Architect's estimate represents the Architect's best judgment as a design professional familiar with the construction industry. It is recognized, however, that neither the Architect nor the Owner has control over the cost of labor, materials, or equipment, over the Contractor's methods of determining bid prices or over competitive bidding, market or negotiating conditions. However, it is understood that the Architect cannot and does not warrant or represent that bid or negotiated prices will not vary, but that the overall Project cost may not exceed Owner’s Project Budget approved by the Owner.
