Constructional Plant definition

Constructional Plant means all appliances or things whatever nature required in or about the execution, completion or maintenance of the works or temporary works (as hereinafter defined) but does not include materials or other things intended to form or forming part of the permanent work or temporary housing, hutting, office, stores, etc.,
Constructional Plant means all equipments, materials, appliances or things of whatsoever nature required for execution, completion or maintenance of the works (as hereinafter defined) but does not include materials or other things intended to form or forming part of the permanent work.
Constructional Plant means all appliances or things of whatsoever nature required in or about the execution or maintenance of the works but do not include materials or other things intended to form or forming part of the permanent works.

Examples of Constructional Plant in a sentence

  • A list of the various classes of labor, materials, and Constructional Plant for which basic daywork rates or prices are to be inserted by the Bidder, together with a statement of the conditions under which the Contractor will be paid for work executed on a daywork basis.

  • Upon completion of the Works the Contractor shall remove from the Site all the said Constructional Plant and Temporary Works remaining thereon and any unused materials provided by the Contractor.
