New construction definition

New construction means structures for which the “start of construction” commenced on or after the effective date of the initial floodplain management regulations and includes any subsequent improvements to such structures.

New construction means new buildings and structures and includes new buildings and structures which are constructed as additions to existing buildings and structures.
