Member of the Executive means those positions enumerated in B.6.

Member of the Executive means the occupants (including on an acting basis) of those positions which normally report to either the Vice-Chancellor and President or a Member of the Senior Executive, and which have staffing and supervisory responsibilities, as defined from time to time.

NTEU means the National Tertiary Education Industry Union. Ongoing means full time or part-time employment that does not have a fixed end date, or a contingency upon which the employment will come to an end, and is all employment other than fixed-term employment, casual employment or a CCFE contract. Part-time means an employee who is engaged to work at any fraction of full-time which is less than 100 per cent. A part-time employee receives on a pro-rata basis equivalent pay and conditions to those specified in the Agreement for full-time employees. PHIL days means, pursuant to Clause 50 – Public Holiday and the Essential Student Services Period, 1 of 5 days usually during the annual Essential Student Services Period taken in lieu of the 3 Western Australian public holidays worked. Probation(ary) period means a period during which the employee’s initial performance and suitability for the position are assessed. Professional Employee(s) means an employee employed by the University in the classifications listed in Schedule 2, Part 1 of the Agreement. These employees are not Academic Employees.

Member of the Executive means a member of the Executive stated in (f).
