Pending a decision of the Member of the Executive Council of an appeal brought under subparagraph 25.4, the member shall not be entitled to participate in any business of the governing body.
An appeal can be lodged with the Member of the Executive Council within 7 (seven) days, should the complainant not be satisfied with the decision taken by the District Electoral Officer.
