The Company will, at the Executive’s request, transfer any life insurance policy regarding the Executive that has no cash surrender value to the Executive, to the extent permitted by the policy and applicable law.
The Company shall reimburse the Executive for the monthly cost of such coverage on the same basis as is applicable to active employees covered thereunder, provided that, if participation in any one or more of such plans is not possible under the terms thereof, the Company shall provide substantially identical benefits or payment in lieu thereof.
In order to be eligible for reimbursement of these expenses, Employee must obtain pre-approval for such memberships from the Bank’s Chief Executive Officer and must provide the Bank with receipts and documented evidence as is required by federal and state laws and regulations.
The Company may provide other perquisites to me from time-to-time as determined by the Company, including those described in the most recent Executive Benefits Summary.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Executive shall not be entitled to any severance payments, continued medical benefits (except pursuant to the terms of any Company-sponsored health insurance plan in which the Executive was a participant), equity acceleration, or other post-termination payments or benefits except as expressly provided in this Section 4.6.
