Ordinary Members definition

Ordinary Members means those Members (also known as Geo-Political Members) duly accepted as members in terms of the geopolitical demarcations as set out in this Constitution.
Ordinary Members means those persons who become Ordinary Members in accordance with these Bylaws and who have not ceased to be Ordinary Members, and an “Ordinary Member” means any one of them;
Ordinary Members means past YWGS student members all of whom shall have the right to vote at General Meetings and to be elected as members of the Council or committee of the Association or incorporated management committee of YWGS.

Examples of Ordinary Members in a sentence

  • The Ordinary Members include at least three members who will bring knowledge and a perspective from their sectors.

  • The minimum number of members is 20; and at least three quarters of the members must, at all times, be Ordinary Members.

  • A quorum shall not be deemed to be present at any general meeting unless the Ordinary Members present or represented by proxy at the meeting form a majority of the members present or represented by proxy at the meeting.

  • At any given time, directors who are also Ordinary Members must form a majority of the total number of directors in office.

  • Elections for Officers shall be counted in the order listed in Section 5.1 and for Ordinary Members after Officers.


More Definitions of Ordinary Members

Ordinary Members means: (a) the persons listed in Part 2 of Schedule 1; and (b) each such other or additional person as is admitted as a member of the LLP and is designated as such in accordance with this Deed, and, in each case, whose membership of the LLP has not ceased in accordance with this Deed.
Ordinary Members means the permanent members of the Company whose names are listed in the schedule hereto under the heading “Permanent Members” and any other persons who may be admitted to ordinary membership in accordance with the provisions of this constitution.
Ordinary Members means those persons who stand appointed as workers’ members or employers’ members of the Court under Section 10 of the Industrial Relations Act 1946.
