Provided that a show of hands produces a clear and incontrovertible result, the Chairman's declaration that on a show of hands a resolution has been passed, passed by a particular majority, rejected or rejected by a particular majority shall be conclusive, without proof of the number of votes cast for, or against, the resolution, provided however that one or more Voters, or the Noteholders' Representative may at the Meeting require that such question be decided by a poll.

Method of Voting. 1. The Commission shall, in the absence of mechanical means for voting, vote by show of hands, but any member may request a roll-call.
