Maintenance Downtime definition

Maintenance Downtime means such time as the Software is offline or unavailable for regularly scheduled system maintenance or migration of customer data.
Maintenance Downtime means the period of time that a particular System, Application, Software, Equipment, Network, or any other part of the Services is not available during the Measurement Windows that have been approved (i) in writing by the Kraft Contract Manager or a designee thereof or (ii) pursuant to the applicable Supplement.
Maintenance Downtime means actual but planned downtime during which the Cloud Service may be unavailable or severely disrupted due to the Licensor’s maintenance activities, such as necessary work on hardware, OS, network, database, software, repairs, patches, and upgrades.

More Definitions of Maintenance Downtime

Maintenance Downtime means routine maintenance that occurs outside of normal working hours (Pacific Time) and continues for no more than four hours in any one instance, so long as Company provides Customer at least 48 hours prior written notice (including by email) to Customer’s main technical contact on file with Company.
