Maintenance Term definition

Maintenance Term means the period of time for which Customer has purchased Maintenance Services, as evidenced by the Purchase Order delivered by Customer in connection therewith, together with all renewals effected in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement.
Maintenance Term means, initially, the Maintenance Term identified in the Order. Upon expiration of the initial Maintenance Term, the Maintenance Term shall automatically renew for additional one (1) year periods unless terminated earlier by either party, at its option, by written notice at least sixty (60) days prior to the end of the then-current Maintenance Term. The Maintenance Term shall immediately terminate upon the termination, expiration, or cancellation of this Agreement for any reason.
Maintenance Term means the agreed upon time period for the provision of Maintenance in an Order.

Examples of Maintenance Term in a sentence

  • Whole Tomato or its authorized representative will provide Maintenance Services for the Licensed Software during each Maintenance Term.

  • Upon Customer’s payment of the Maintenance Services fees associated with the Maintenance Term purchased by Customer for the Licensed Software specified in a Purchase Order, Yellowfin shall provide Maintenance Services in accordance with this Section 4 and in accordance with any additional Maintenance Services terms specified in such Purchase Order.

More Definitions of Maintenance Term

Maintenance Term means the term during which Maintenance Services will be provided as set forth in an Order Form or applicable renewal agreement.
