Data Center means a building rehabilitated or constructed to house a group of networked server computers in one physical location in order to centralize the storage, management, and dissemination of data and information pertaining to a particular business, taxonomy, or body of knowledge.

Data Center shall have the meaning set forth in the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s ENERGY STAR® program and is a space specifically designed and equipped to meet the needs of high-density computing equipment, such as server racks, used for data storage and processing. Data Center functions may include traditional enterprise services, on-demand enterprise services, high-performance computing, internet facilities and/or hosting facilities. A Data Center does not include space within the Premises utilized as a “server closet” or for a computer training area. In conjunction with the completion and operation of the Data Center, Tenant shall furnish the following information to Landlord:
