Maintenance Window definition
Maintenance Window means the weekly maintenance windows for the Cloud Service identified in ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇/maintenance-windows. SAP may update the Maintenance Window from time to time in accordance with the Agreement.

If emergency maintenance is required, subject to Supplier providing Customer with prior notice, it may be performed at alternative times to the Maintenance Window.
The availability of a Service is the percentage of time a Service’s specified functionality is generally operating calculated per calendar month and measured using industry standard monitoring tools and software, excluding Scheduled Maintenance Window and Emergency Maintenance (“Availability”).
