Maintenance Window definition

Maintenance Window means the weekly maintenance windows for the Cloud Service identified in ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇/maintenance-windows. SAP may update the Maintenance Window from time to time in accordance with the Agreement.

  • If emergency maintenance is required, subject to Supplier providing Customer with prior notice, it may be performed at alternative times to the Maintenance Window.
