Customer Data definition

Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.
Customer Data means the data, information or material provided, inputted, processed or submitted by you (or by Users on your behalf) into the Service.
Customer Data means any data, information or other materials of any nature whatsoever provided to Provider by Customer or a User in the course of implementing or using the Services.

Examples of Customer Data in a sentence

  • SFDC has no obligation to retain Customer Data following [*] after termination of a Reseller Customer’s final Service Order with Reseller.

  • Any modifications to such Customer Data made by the Reseller Application outside of the SFDC Service (if any) will not be captured in such Customer Data and the return of any such modified data shall be the responsibility of Reseller.

  • SFDC will maintain appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards for protection of the security, confidentiality and integrity of Customer Data as processed by the OEM Services.

  • Reseller shall advise Reseller Customers that such customers have [*] from the date of termination of their final Service Order subscription term in which to request a copy of their Customer Data, which will be made available by SFDC to such Customer in a .csv format.


More Definitions of Customer Data

Customer Data means, other than Aggregated Statistics, information, data, and other content, in any form or medium, that is submitted, posted, or otherwise transmitted by or on behalf of Customer or an Authorized User through the Services.
Customer Data means all electronic data submitted by or on behalf of Customer to the Service.
Customer Data means all data, including all text, sound, software, image or video files that are provided to Microsoft or its Affiliates by, or on behalf of, Customer and its Affiliates through use of Online Services.
Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information from Users. Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.
Customer Data means: (a) the data, text, drawings, diagrams, images or sounds (together with any database made up of any of these) which are embodied in any electronic, magnetic, optical or tangible media, and which: (i) are supplied to the Supplier by or on behalf of the Customer; or (ii) the Supplier is required to generate, process, store or transmit pursuant to this Contract; or (b) any Personal Data for which the Customer is the Data Controller;
