Customer Data definition

Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.
Customer Data means any data, information or material provided to Licensor or uploaded to the Subscription Services by or on behalf of Customer in the course of Customer using the Subscription Services, which may or may not include personal data, as applicable.
Customer Data means any data, information or other materials of any nature whatsoever provided to Provider by Customer or a User in the course of implementing or using the Services.

Examples of Customer Data in a sentence

  • The Customer agrees that Twinstake shall be entitled to communicate with the Custodian and any Self-Hosted Wallet as necessary to perform the Services, including sharing the Customer’s Confidential Information and Customer Data where necessary to perform the Services.

  • Except as is necessary in connection with providing the Services or as it pertains to any other rights and licenses expressly granted to Twinstake hereunder, no other license is granted and no other use is permitted and except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement, the Customer (and its licensors) retains all right, title and interest (including without limitation all Intellectual Property Rights) in and to the Customer Data and the Customer’s Confidential Information.


More Definitions of Customer Data

Customer Data means, other than Aggregated Statistics, information, data, and other content, in any form or medium, that is submitted, posted, or otherwise transmitted by or on behalf of Customer or an Authorized User through the Services.
Customer Data means all electronic data submitted by or on behalf of Customer to the Service.
Customer Data means all data, including all text, sound, software, image or video files that are provided to Microsoft or its Affiliates by, or on behalf of, Customer and its Affiliates through use of Online Services.
Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information from Users. Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.
Customer Data means: (a) the data, text, drawings, diagrams, images or sounds (together with any database made up of any of these) which are embodied in any electronic, magnetic, optical or tangible media, and which: (i) are supplied to the Supplier by or on behalf of the Customer; or (ii) the Supplier is required to generate, process, store or transmit pursuant to this Contract; or (b) any Personal Data for which the Customer is the Data Controller;
