Customer Data definition

Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.
Customer Data means the data, information or material provided, inputted, processed or submitted by you (or by Users on your behalf) into the Service.
Customer Data means any data, information or other materials of any nature whatsoever provided to Provider by Customer or a User in the course of implementing or using the Services.

Examples of Customer Data in a sentence

  • Service Provider is not responsible for any delays, delivery failures, or any other loss or damage resulting from the transfer of the Customer Data over communications networks and facilities, including the internet, and the Customer acknowledges that the Services may be subject to limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of such communications facilities.

  • Except for any explicit obligations under this MSA or Applicable Law, including the Data Protection Legislation, the Customer acknowledges that Service Provider has no control over the Customer Data hosted as part of the provision of the Cloud Services, and will not actively monitor or have access to the Contents of such Customer Data.

  • The Customer warrants that the use of the Cloud Services and any Customer Data will be in accordance with this MSA (including any related Service Order) and all Applicable Law.

  • For any Customer Data that the Customer uploads, stores or shares, the Customer hereby represents and warrants that it either owns or has the authority, including all rights, licences, consents and releases, that are necessary to enable their use.

  • The Customer is solely responsible for any Customer Data, including any Personal Data, financial, health or governmental information, or any other information which may be subject to Data Protection Legislation.


More Definitions of Customer Data

Customer Data means, other than Aggregated Statistics, information, data, and other content, in any form or medium, that is submitted, posted, or otherwise transmitted by or on behalf of Customer or an Authorized User through the Services.
Customer Data means all electronic data submitted by or on behalf of Customer to the Service.
Customer Data means all data, including all text, sound, software, image or video files that are provided to Microsoft or its Affiliates by, or on behalf of, Customer and its Affiliates through use of Online Services.

Customer Data means: (a) the data, text, drawings, diagrams, images or sounds (together with any database made up of any of these) which are embodied in any electronic, magnetic, optical or tangible media, and which: (i) are supplied to the Supplier by or on behalf of the Customer; or (ii) the Supplier is required to generate, process, store or transmit pursuant to this Contract; or (b) any Personal Data for which the Customer is the Data Controller;
