Customer Data definition

Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.
Customer Data means the electronic data, materials, and information submitted by or on behalf of Customer and/or its Authorized Users into the Service.
Customer Data means any data, information or other materials of any nature whatsoever provided to Provider by Customer or a User in the course of implementing or using the Services.

Examples of Customer Data in a sentence

  • Customer will also be responsible for all Electronic Communications, including those containing business information, account registration, account holder information, financial information, Customer Data, and all other data of any kind contained within emails or otherwise entered electronically through the Cloud Service or under Customer’s account.

  • Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any Customer Data residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes.

  • As between Oracle and Customer, all title and intellectual property rights in and to the Customer Data is owned exclusively by Customer.

  • Customer expressly consents to Oracle’s interception and storage of Electronic Communications and/or Customer Data as needed to provide the Services hereunder, and Customer acknowledges and understands that Customer’s Electronic Communications will involve transmission over the Internet, and over various networks, only part of which may be owned and/or operated by Oracle.

  • Customer acknowledges and agrees that in connection with the provision of the Services, Oracle may store and maintain Customer Data for a period of time consistent with Oracle’s standard business processes for the Services.


More Definitions of Customer Data

Customer Data means all electronic data submitted on behalf of Customer for use in the Subscription Service.
Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information from Users. Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.
Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Prime Contractor, Customer or Customer’s Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Prime Contractor or Customer derives from its use and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data does not include any component of the Cloud Services, Services, or SAP Materials. Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.
Customer Data means: the data, text, drawings, diagrams, images or sounds (together with any database made up of any of these) which are embodied in any electronic, magnetic, optical or tangible media, including any Customer’s Confidential Information, and which: are supplied to the Supplier by or on behalf of the Customer; or the Supplier is required to generate, process, store or transmit pursuant to this Call Off Contract; or any Personal Data for which the Customer is the Data Controller;
Customer Data means, other than Aggregated Statistics, information, data, and other content, in any form or medium, that is submitted, posted, or otherwise transmitted by or on behalf of Customer or an Authorized User through the Services.
Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information from Users. Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP's Confidential Information.
Customer Data means data submitted, stored, sent or received via the Services by Customer or End Users.
