Customer Data definition

Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

Examples of Customer Data in a sentence

  • Sendbird notifies Customer of unauthorized access to Customer Data and other security breaches as required by applicable law.

  • Sendbird does not accept or submit to additional requirements relating to Customer Data, except as specifically and expressly agreed in writing with explicit reference to the Contract and this DPA.

More Definitions of Customer Data

Customer Data means any Personal Data that MailChimp processes on behalf of Customer as a Data Processor in the course of providing Services, as more particularly described in this DPA.
Customer Data means all data, including all text, sound, software, image or video files that are provided to Microsoft or its Affiliates by, or on behalf of, Customer and its Affiliates through use of Online Services.
